Refund and Returns Policy

At GlowUp, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of beauty and skincare products, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure product safety, hygiene, and fairness. Please read carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for unopened and unused items that meet the following conditions:
    • The product must be in its original packaging.
    • The product must be unopened, unused, and undamaged.
    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) must be provided.
  • Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations

We do not accept returns or issue refunds in the following cases:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products that are damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling.
  • Returns requested due to a change of mind or personal preference.
  • Certain wholesale or bulk purchases (see Section 6).

3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product:

  • You must provide photo and video evidence of the issue.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory to validate claims of damage or incorrect delivery.
  • Once verified, GlowUp will either:
    • Send a replacement product, or
    • Issue a refund using the original payment method (or another suitable method at our discretion).
  • In such cases, GlowUp will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to GlowUp’s error (wrong item, damaged item, defective product), we will cover all return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong product ordered, address error), the customer is responsible for the return shipping.

5. Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will generally be processed via the original payment method (Cash on Delivery, Mobile Banking, or Bank Transfer).
  • In some cases, GlowUp may issue refunds through an alternative method or offer store credit.
  • Refunds may take up to 7–14 business days to process after approval.
  • Customers may also request an exchange for eligible unopened and undamaged items.

6. Wholesale Orders

  • Wholesale purchases are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Exceptions may apply only if agreed upon with the wholesale customer before purchase (documented in writing).

7. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund:

  1. Email us at contact@glowup.com.bd within 3 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Attach photos and/or an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  4. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending the item.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

8. Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be issued once returned products have been inspected and approved by our team.
  • GlowUp reserves the right to deny any return or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
  • Our policy is designed to protect customers and ensure product safety and authenticity.
